Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the APIR platform and all related services. It is designed to protect our users, infrastructure, and reputation.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or conduct denial-of-service attacks
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or security controls
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the platform without authorization
• Use the platform to generate misleading compliance reports or fabricated audit results
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access without written authorization
• Store or process data subject to ITAR, EAR, or nuclear regulatory controls without Enterprise agreement

Usage must remain within your plan's defined limits for API calls, storage, and concurrent users. Excessive automated or scripted usage that degrades the experience for other users may be throttled or suspended.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@apir.ai.

APIR reserves the right to investigate violations, suspend or terminate access, and cooperate with law enforcement. We will provide notice before suspension where practicable, except in cases of imminent harm.
