What is covered
Every placement made through APIR carries a signed mandate and a trust band at the moment of placement, the placement standard. The band is computed from receipted evidence: the evidence-gated trust score, the worker’s sealed work log, tenure, and the incident record.
The trigger
If a placed worker’s band drops below its placement standard and stays below it after a 14-day re-verification window, the guarantee triggers. The trigger is the same band math the database enforces: evidence, not a support-ticket argument.
The remedy
APIR provisions, vets, and credentials a replacement worker to the same placement standard, at no charge. The mandate carries over, and the work-log continuity is preserved: the record of what happened stays intact and verifiable.
What is not covered
The guarantee replaces the worker; it does not compensate business outcomes, lost revenue, or third-party losses. Mandates modified outside APIR’s signing flow, and use contrary to the signed mandate, sit outside the guarantee.
Measured, not argued
The placement standard is a trust band with public criteria. Promotion and demotion are automatic, both directions, receipted into a tamper-evident work log.
Backed by the vetting
The guarantee is only possible because every worker is vetted, credentialed, and continuously monitored before and after placement. We replace what we credentialed.
The record survives
A replacement never erases history. The sealed work log of what happened stays verifiable | that record is the product, in good weeks and bad ones.
